3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ha88 Platform. 3.3 KYC Verification. ha88 is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification and any other documentation requested by ha88 as part of the KYC process. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify ha88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ha88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.5 Non-Transferability. Your ha88 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ha88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
4.2 Prohibited Funding Sources. The use of credit cards for gambling deposits is strictly prohibited in accordance with Philippine regulations. The use of cryptocurrency of any kind for deposits or withdrawals is also strictly prohibited. ha88 will reject and return any funds received via prohibited payment methods.

4.5 Own Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your ha88 account are legitimately yours and are not derived from any illegal activity. ha88 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
5.1 ha88 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom are not available for withdrawal.
5.3 Abuse of Promotions. ha88 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers. This includes the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal. ha88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the modification, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the ha88 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. 6.2 RNG Certification. All non-live games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure randomness and fairness. ha88 does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ha88 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return the applicable wager amounts to the player's account. ha88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 Disputed Outcomes. If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must notify ha88 customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. ha88 will investigate the matter and its decision shall be final and binding.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ha88 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
7.2 ha88 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to forfeit any balances associated with such account. ha88 may also report such conduct to the relevant Philippine authorities where legally required.
8.1 All content on the ha88 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of ha88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
8.3 Any unauthorized use of ha88's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
9.1 The ha88 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ha88 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 ha88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if ha88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 ha88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ha88 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ha88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
10.1 ha88 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 ha88 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and ha88 cannot guarantee absolute security.
10.3 ha88 may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties as required by Philippine law, including in connection with AML compliance and PAGCOR reporting obligations.
11.1 ha88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform provides a range of responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
11.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform may do so by contacting ha88 customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, ha88 will use reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through ha88's internal process, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
